Appointments: One hour inclusive of discussion and reflexology. (Longer or shorter sessions agreed separately).  
You don’t have to be unwell to have Reflexology Plus!  One off-sessions provide precious ‘me time’ for calm.  
Regular treatments offer cumulative benefits for stress-busting.  Think ‘Prevention is better than cure’!

 
NB. A doctor’s prior approval should be sought follolwing serious illness.  Open wounds, foot infections, epilepsy
or thrombosis cannot be treated.

Cancellation Policy: Regretably I do need to levy cancellation charges: 50% for less than 24hrs notice. 100% for failure to notify or turn up on the day of appointment.
